1. Cancellations by the Customer

Cancellations must be made the latest 24 hours prior to the tour for a full refund.

Please note, all cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour will be accepted by the tour operator only if the participants provide a confirmation letter about their health status issued by a doctor. Otherwise, no refunds will be given for later cancellations.

2. Cancellations by Kazakos Travel

If a tour is cancelled due to low participation or bad weather conditions, clients will receive a full refund.

In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and, when available, offer alternative dates or similar experiences.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are issued for cancellations made within the allowed time frame (at least 24 hours before the tour).
• No refunds will be provided for late cancellations without valid medical documentation.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking.

5. Payment Terms

All tours listed on www.kazakostravel.gr must be prepaid; payment cannot be made on the vehicle transfer.
