3. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized partners.
• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received (depending on the service).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour may not be refunded.
• Exceptions may apply in cases of serious medical reasons, with valid documentation.
• Kazakos Travel reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour due to weather conditions, safety reasons, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or full refund.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
• Failure to appear (no-show) will result in loss of the booking without refund.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during booking.
• Participants must follow safety instructions given by guides or drivers at all times.

6. Health & Safety

• Participation in tours is at your own risk.
• Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or mobility limitations prior to booking.
• Kazakos Travel is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during tours unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Transportation

Kazakos Travel provides modern vehicles and experienced drivers to ensure safe and comfortable travel. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Liability

• Kazakos Travel shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during tours.
• All services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify itineraries
• Change departure times
• Replace vehicles or guides

when necessary for operational or safety reasons.

10. Intellectual Property
